Chains Care Guide

Chains are delicate and prone to tangling and breakage if not properly cared for:

  1. Gentle Cleaning: Clean your chains regularly with a soft cloth dampened with mild soapy water. Gently wipe the chain to remove dirt and oils, then rinse with clean water and pat dry with a soft cloth.

  2. Untangle Carefully: If your chain becomes tangled, avoid pulling or yanking on it, as this can cause damage. Instead, gently tease the knots apart with your fingers or a small tool, such as a pin or needle.

  3. Avoid Abrasion: Keep your chains away from rough surfaces and abrasive materials to prevent scratches and damage. Store them separately from other jewelry pieces to avoid tangling.

  4. Proper Storage: Store your chains flat or hang them on a jewelry organizer to prevent kinks and tangles. Avoid storing them in humid or damp environments, as moisture can cause them to tarnish.
